HOLIDAY CHEESE, CIDER & GOAT EXTRAVAGANZA!

Join us for this popular educational and tasty happy hour at Longmont’s St. Vrain Cidery with a holiday twist! You’ll get to enjoy some delicious holiday-inspired cheese and hard cider pairings while watching homemade cheese being made by Kelly Liebrock of The Art of Cheese. During this interactive demonstration class, you’ll learn the basic art and science behind the cheesemaking process, the equipment and key ingredients needed, and how to source the best milk for making cheese at home.
At the end of the cheese tasting, we’ll have a special goat guest join us from Briar Gate Farm – Princess Cotija! Cotija was born in June to our barn favorite, Queen Salsa, and she’ll be excited to get some lovin’ and pose for some pics!
You’ll leave with some great recipes and the know-how to make a few easy cheeses yourself just in time for your holiday festivities.
