Join The Art of Cheese for a hands-on Mozzarella-making class at the charming St. Vrain Cidery in downtown Longmont!  Together we’ll make a large batch of fresh mozzarella and then you’ll get to heat and stretch the final curd into your own ball of delicious fresh mozzarella to eat right away or to take home with you.  Each registration includes a ticket for one free regular-sized drink including a large selection of cider, beer and several non-alcoholic options to enjoy during class, and you’ll have the option to purchase additional drinks and snacks if you’d like.

As a special bonus, once class is over, you’ll also receive a link to a recording of our On Demand class on MOZZARELLA.  This will serve as a nice review and an introduction to our online classes!

CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the high popularity of our classes, we often have a waitlist.  Please give us as much notice as possible if you are not going to be able to attend so that we can try to fill your spot.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class time will receive a full refund

  • Cancellations made with less than a 48 hour notice will only receive a refund if we can fill your spot.
