Next Stop Comedy is bringing its acclaimed 6-week stand-up comedy course to St. Vrain Cidery, led by Denver comedian Christie Buchele.
Whether you've had jokes rattling around in your head for years or you're starting from a blank page, this class will help you build a polished 5-minute stand-up set in a fun, supportive environment.
Over five Tuesday evenings, you'll write, workshop, and perform alongside a small group with guidance from a professional comedian. Then, in Week 6, you'll take the stage for a special Student Showcase in front of your own friends and family.

Instructor: Christie Buchele is an accomplished Denver stand-up comedian known for her heart-wrenching and hilariously raw comedy about the realities of being a woman with a disability. She's been featured on Viceland's Flophouse, Hidden America with Jonah Ray, Laughs on Fox, First Look on NBC, and LMAO on OFTV. Christie has performed at Limestone Comedy Festival, High Plains Comedy Festival, and 208 Comedy Festival. She also wrote and starred in the award-winning film Scary Lucy and debuted her acclaimed one-woman show, Lost & Found, in 2023.
