🎵 Joshua James Johnson – Lafayette, CO-based banjo player, multi-instrumentalist & singer/songwriter 🎸🎤. Born in southern Louisiana 🌾, Joshua blends folk, country, bluegrass, alternative & musical theatre influences 🎻🎭. From early folk & bluegrass revivals to rock bands 🤘 and electronic music 🎹, he later trained in musical theatre 🎶. Played in Iowa bluegrass bands The High Water Mark & Sneezy Dollars 🎶🍂.
Armed with a banjo and a myriad of novel folk instruments including ukuleles, harmonicas, tin whistles, and folk percussion JJJ is looking to create earnest tunes that don't take themselves too seriously.
