Weaving Meaning | Open Door Art Club | Saturday, March 28 | 12–3 PM

Open Door Art Club is a welcoming creative community for women with the belief creativity should feel joyful, accessible, and low-pressure.

Explore a meditative art practice blending texture, storytelling, and personal reflection. In this hands-on workshop, you'll create paper weavings directly in your journals—transforming simple materials into rich, symbolic artworks.

You'll learn to cut, weave, and layer paper into dynamic patterns while incorporating meaningful elements like written memories, mantras, or symbolic imagery. Use weaving as a metaphor for identity, healing, and the threads that make you who you are. No art experience needed—just a willingness to slow down and create.

Leave with a beautifully woven journal piece that holds your stories, memories, and affirmations.
